It seems that no one wants a jail next door to them! There is no question, that it is time to build a new jail. Our jails are in a terrible state of disrepair. Have these citizens come up with a solution? If so, what is their solution? According to the article, it seems that they are bogged down in the details and logistics, but it appears to me that they feel they are being victimized. But, who would ever say "I want it in my backyard?" We want to hear readers "Sound Off!" What do you think as a taxpayer about this whole thing?
